I can’t open port 80 in router lnksys

Port 80 is just the default and will often times be block by the ISP. If port 80 doesn’t work we recommend using Port 5400 next

reset for DVR TRH16 as you do

Power down dvr, when you power it back on. Listen for the 2nd beep. At that time press and hole the SEQ button. Keep help until Grid pops up,
If not reset, try again. You have to press the button at the exact same time as that 2nd beep. Usually takes a time or two.

Hi, how do i change the time on my vigil dvr, showing wrong time

With our S4 models, Please go into Main Menu>System Settings>Display Setup>Date/Time Setup> Change Date and Time. Once you are here simply set the time and date and hit ok.
Go back to Picture Grid to verify time is correct.

Depends what permissions you have given the users. But log in as admin to do so.
And its recommended to format Hard Drive after doing so.

it is the vigil v5 software, do we need to be logged in as an admin or can a user just change it
